Benjamin Murray

President and Co-founder

Benjamin Murray has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and is pursuing a master's degree in public affairs at the University of Minnesota - Humphrey Institute. He has also completed the Lasallian Leadership Institute, a three-year formation program with the DeLaSalle Christian Brothers. Benjamin has 14 years of experience in nonprofit audit, financial management, fundraising, administration, and organizational development. Benjamin began his tenure as president in January 2008. He previously served as an administrator and director of mission advancement. As president, he oversees the principal and mission advancement staff and is responsible for board development, strategic planning, fundraising and public relations.

Sister Mary Willette, SSND

Principal

Sister Mary Willette, SSND has an educational administrative license for K - 12 through Saint Mary’s University, a master’s degree in theology from Saint John’s University, and a bachelor’s degree in religious education from Mount Mary College. She has 40 years of experience in formal education as a classroom teacher and an administrator. Sr. Mary joined San Miguel in July 2002 and oversees the instructional and student services programs and supervises the teaching and support staff as well as the graduate support director. Sr. Mary is a member of the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND), an international religious community within the Catholic Church, who commit themselves to education and social justice.
